Eric Huffman, Deep Heart Reflexology Sensei, joined re:fit in 2013 and brings over 14 years of reflexology experience to the studio. Trained in Tokyo by revered master sensei Ando Haruki, Eric received the highest honor of the white robe called a “hakama,” seldom given to a westerner. Eric focuses on pressing reflex points on the feet which connect to various parts of the body and releases tensions, improves circulation, clears negative energy, and balances the qi energy. His modality is a pressure point body system which combines Eastern and Western reflexology, acupressure, and sound vibration for a complete holistic treatment. Known as the Healing Samurai, Eric enjoys helping clients to realign with their core and return to a balanced state of well-being.
