While re:fit offers both in-person and virtual appointments, some clients prefer to engage in our services from their homes at a time that is convenient for them. Visit myrefitwellness.com for our exciting online platform that includes specialized videos on Oov exercise, Ayurvedic wisdom, Meditation sessions and self-care courses. A monthly membership fee or individual class fee provides access to the videos, and some classes can be viewed free without payment.
